Never. You pay the exact total printed on the store receipt. The only addition is the flat service fee agreed before I shopped. If the receipt says $84.62, you owe $84.62 for groceries.
After delivery, never before. At handoff I show you the store receipt. You verify it, then pay the receipt total plus service fee plus any tip via Venmo, Zelle, or cash. No card required, no prepayment.
I text you from the aisle before I check out. You decide whether to skip the item or pick a substitute. I never make that call without asking you first.
Yes, anytime before your slot is confirmed at no charge. Cancellations within 12 hours of your shopping window incur a $10 fee. Once shopping has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
Completely optional. The tip defaults to zero in the form. No pressure at all — it does not affect service quality in any way.
I deliver in all normal weather including rain, cold, and light snow. In a genuine severe weather emergency with a city advisory, I will contact you immediately to reschedule with no fee or penalty.
No. Aislend is a fully independent personal-shopping service. No store runs, approves, sponsors, or endorses it. I shop there on your behalf the same way a neighbor would.
Cold and frozen items are bagged separately. I prioritize getting to you within 30–45 minutes of checkout with standard food-safety handling throughout.
I run a max of 10 orders each weekend. Submit your list by Friday night — I confirm your slot, fee, and shopping window before I leave for the store.
